Come and try the latest buzz to hit the waterways. Its easier than you think. Within just one lesson we will have you up and paddling. Have fun, build core strength, balance, and confidence while enjoying the magic scenery of the Central Coast’s largest coastal lagoon at Avoca Beach.

Lesson is private just for 2 people (not a group lesson), so can be booked at a time to suit you.

Venue:

15 minute drive from Gosford, NSW 5 minutes south from Terrigal Beach

Session Length

Available weekends and every day during school holidays. From 10am to 5pm Not available from May through to end of August.

Guidelines:

You will be required to stand from a kneeling position and will be paddling consistently so will need some basic to moderate fitness levels. Minimum age is 12 years old. Boards have a weight limit of 100kg.

Numbers:

2 participants only to one instructor.

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome but at a distance as it is away from the shore.

Weather:

Subject to weather restrictions, particularly strong winds and rain. Rescheduling can be made by either operator or participant as long as sufficient notice is given.

Other Info:

This is a beginner lesson. By the end of the lesson you will have learned all the basics of paddling, turning, safety, etc . Further lessons are recommended if you want to hone your technique and learn advanced moves.
