Take your Port Stephens sun and sand adventures to the next level! The day is in your control - parasail or sandboard first depending on your mood. Take on 50m high sand dunes in the Stockton Bight Sand Dunes system and cool off with a beautiful parasailing adventure.

This experience is a great way to see the best of Port Stephens.

Your solo parasail provides an awe-inspiring view of the marine wonderland that is Port Stephens. Fly up to 150m above the water and be out on the boat for up to an hour, watching the magnificent parachutes fill the sky with other participants. Dolphins may say hello and you might like to go for a swim at either end of your journey.

The sandboarding part of the experience is something really unique and different! You'll be supplied with your board and taken to fantastic spots where 50m sand dunes give you a thrill ride like none other. Board as long as you like and be picked up later - you might want to spend the whole day out there!

You'll just be glad to be alive on this great day out.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

The components of these experiences depart Nelson Bay and Port Stephens, just north of Newcastle.

Session Length

This experience is available 364 days a year, from 10am til 3.30pm daily and 4.30pm in school holidays. It's best to book in advance for peak summer periods.

Guidelines:

Parasailers need to be at least 8, and 8-15yos go tandem. Sandboarding is just on for young and old!

Numbers:

This experience is for one person. There will be up to 12 people on the boat for your parasail.

Spectators:

If spectators wish to come along for the boat ride, it's just $15.

Weather:

These experiences are flexible. Parasailing can continue in the rain, but not strong winds - if you wish to postpone due to rain that can be arranged.
