This romantic kayaking trip is the ideal way to romance that special someone. We emphasize on creating the right mix of adventure with grade 1 & 2 rapids, sense of fun, time to get to know one another and a delicious sit down dinner by the riverside.

The tour begins at our designated meeting point. We’ll brief you on what to expect from the night and take you through our skills session before heading down the river to enjoy this exciting water adventure.

Once we get to the end point we take you to the change rooms where you can freshen up for your riverside feast. Our resident cook will read out the buffet menu list and get your mouths watering. You’ll then head to your candle lit tables to have dinner with your partner.

Photographs will be taken throughout the night so you can share them with friends.

You’re delicious buffet dinner consists of marinated beef skewers, gourmet sausages, prawn skewers, Moroccan cous cous salad, Bok Choy salad, potato salad, mixed gourmet salad, bread and soft drinks (vegetarian options available).

Warrandyte, 35mins from Melbourne

Session Length

This experience goes for approx 3.5 hours (kayaking for approx 1-1.5 hours and you can relax during the dinner). This adventure is seasonal and runs from October to March. It runs from 4:30pm to 8:00pm (in Oct, Nov & March) or 5:30-9:00 (Dec to Feb). meeting times will be emailed upon booking.

Guidelines:

Participants must be under 110kgs. We don’t recommend this trip for pregnant women or people who are afraid of flowing rivers. Low to average fitness is required for this adventure.

Numbers:

There will be around 10-22 people per group. We have 2-3 instructors per session and 1 cook. Although the dinner portion is done in one location we have separate tables for each couple so ensure privacy.

Weather:

Safety is our number one consideration and occasionally days will need to be rescheduled for safety reasons (alternative dates will be offered). The decision to postpone the day will be made our Supplier. Clients not turning up just because the day doesn’t look good will are considered a “no show”.
