Join us with your partner in a flatwater paddling adventure amongst the gum trees that line the quiet waters of the Yarra River near Melbourne. Twilight is a great time to spot birds, fruit bats and other sorts of wildlife.

Your twilight paddle adventure will commence as follows:

We will meet you near the river and then its a short car shuttle. After a safety briefing and introduction to the canoe, we will set off for a leisurely paddle on the mighty Yarra River.

We will spend approximately 1.5 hours in the canoe until dusk and then we head to land to tuck into our chicken and drinks until it's time to go home!

This Valentine's Day special offer entitles you to complimentary chocolates and candlelight for your picnic supper. Feel free to BYO alcohol if you wish!

Session Length

This experience is approximately 3 hours in duration. We will meet you at 2.30pm (winter time) or 5.30 - 6pm (summer time). This time may vary due to the season. Please confirm the time prior to the trip.

Guidelines:

Average fitness level is required and an ability to swim is recommended.

Spectators:

Non-paddlers are welcome to join us for dinner (charcoal chicken and salad with tea and coffee or soft drinks) on the banks of the river. This is at an additional cost ($20) payable directly to the supplier on the day.

Weather:

In the event of inclement weather this activity will be postponed for a later date.

    It was really good, The dinner following was especially well done and the guides and operators were very pleasant and easy going people which enhanced the experience that much more.
