Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Day out for all I took mum 75 year old mother and 6 year old daughter and both loved the high tea and the scenery. We have lived in Sydney for years and it was the first time we had done a cruise, it was just a great experience i would highly recommend it. The service was great, boat on time, commentry was interesting and the weather was perfect. Highly recommend it for Locals and tourists. 2 May 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointing Organisation was non existent before we got on the boat. We were told three different things on the jetty. The food supplied was very nice but was not sufficient for two people. When I went to a lower deck to use the toilet there was a live commentary on interesting parts of the harbour which we did not receive on our deck. I think it would have been much better than the taped music that we received. Overall a very disappointing experience. 5 April 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great. A good relaxing way to view a bit of Sydney Harbour while getting well fed and looked after. 18 January 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 Very disappointing Staff were very unhelpful, no one showed us where to go on boat so we sat for 1/2 hour in wrong place. The guy who looked at out tickets didn't tell us where we should go and noone met us at entrance to boat. Very poor experience . Food very ordinary, quite an unpleasant experience really. Friends had bought the experience for us but it is geared more for tourists but quite frankly it doesn't give tourists a very good impression of Australia. This entire operation should review their working practices and it might help to have staff involved who are courteous and helpful. Very disappointing experience andwe will never do anything like it again 5 January 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by We thoroughly enjoyed the experience Overall we had a lovely time. However, it would be nice to have some water on the tables as well as being offered another pot of tea. 21 December 2012
