Rated 4 out of 5 by So easy..fantastic day! First time using Red balloon for an adventure ticket and it was fully explained on all docs rec'd where to go, times etc. The only downside was that the date had to be prebooked which didn't allow for weather conditions - lucky for us we had perfect weather on the day but the day before it was 43 degrees! 20 January 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Place but Overcrowded The zoo was an exiting place to visit especially with children. Unfortunately for us, the day we visited - it was overcrowded and we struggled to catch a glimps of certain attractions! Iwould recommend trying a week day, or least not during the peak of school holidays. 4 January 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great day! Good overall experience of Sydney starting with the boat ride through the harbour, magnificent views of the city at the zoo and amazing animals to look at. 20 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing family day at the Zoo. Recently my mum and dad came to visit from Tassie. Cue the jokes – it’s better to get them out of your system before we go any further. Done? Good, let’s get on with it then… Being a family of animal lovers, mum and dad were beside themselves with excitement for our big day out. Good, wholesome fun, and plenty of exercise. They hadn’t been to Taronga Zoo since bringing my eldest brother to Sydney in the late 1970s, and the last time I stepped foot in a zoo with my dad was in Melbourne in 1994. That was the year of the Great Otter Episode... The whole day was amazing - great customer service and friendly people on the ferry and at the zoo, wonderful animal shows (the birds and seals) and beautiful weather. It was a great day out - even for a 27-year-old with her parents! 12 November 2012
