It was a lovely experience, except there the group should be smaller and include more animals

The Behind the Scenes Tour was amazing! My Girlfriend (who I got the experience for) absolutely loves Tigers and Lions and we were both just so exited and being so close to those animals was just something we will never forget. Thank you so much and I may be back for another zoo tour in the next few months

Absolute best experience I could have hoped for. Loved all the animals and I loved that it wasn't rushed and we got to spend a few minutes talking about the animals before/after feeding them, and time to get a few photos too. Would recommend this tour to everyone that wants a great experience. Tour guide was lovely as well, and was very thorough with any questions we had. What a great birthday present this was!

The Zooventure tour was great. Our guide was bubbly, friendly and informative and feeding the Bears, Lions, Tigers, Cougars and Giraffes was a wonderful experience. Holding the snake was fun too. 3:30pm seemed a little late though for this time of year as the rapidly dropping temperature and diminishing light meant that the last 45mins or so was slightly less enjoyable than it could have been but it's not a biggy, I'll just remember to wear warmer clothes next time!

The Keeper who guided us, Brendan, was extremely professional, even with Canberra's trying weather conditions. The animals were spectacular! The experience is a must for everyone, and one I would love to do again!

It was a great experience - only 10 people in the tour which was a nice size and everyone had good access to the animals with lots of chances to take photos. The tour guide was lovely, very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Very informative and we were allowed to feed 8 different animals and were informed about these and many others. The guides were very informative and enthusiastic

The success of the tour is balanced around the experience of feeding the animals, the knowledge based commentary of the guide, the personality of the guide and the weather. I think our guide's name was Renai, who despite suffering from the flu, was an excellent guide; she was able to answer questions and give out a constant patter of interesting information about animals as we passed by; the dialogue was especially engaging because she knew the animals by name and was able to talk about them gen...

She is a valuable asset to your zoo!

We had the most fabulous time and got such an education and unbelievable experience. Only recommendation I'd make is that you get there with plenty of time to see the whole zoo beforehand as the only exhibits we visited were those that were part of the experience and the zoo was closed by the time the tour finished.

What an amazing experience. Not only are you face to face with some of the worlds largest and most dangerous animals but you get to see behind the scenes of a wonderful family run zoo. Our guide Lee was informative and entertaining and made sure everyone had the best time on the day. Definitely a high rank on the bucket list!

The guide we had was excellent. I can't remember her name, but a very bright, chatty blonde. She was very knowledgeable which made the experience fantastic.
