Join in on the fun and excitement of visiting Port Phillip Bay to experience its seals and dolphins in their natural environment! Just off the coast of Sorrento, you will have the chance to see these amazing creatures at their playful best.

This dolphin and seal cruise is an experience not to miss. You too can observe the amazing wildlife from the comfort of the boat and you will never forget this amazing experience.

The tour commences with an introductory on board safety briefing, then cruising past the amazing cliff top mansions out into the sheltered shallows of Port Phillip Bay. With your family and friends we head off to Chinaman's' Hat, a local spot where the ever curious Australian Fur Seals are waiting to show you some amazing sights.

From Chinaman's Hat, we cruise over to Popes Eye, Marine National Park for a look at the Australasian Gannets, where our guides will share with you some interesting and educational facts about these amazing birds.

From there on, we cruise magnificent Port Phillip Bay in search of the inspiring Bottle Nosed Dolphins that we affectionately call our friends. There is no need to jump into the water; our technique will place you right next to the action - where you will have a fantastic view into the world of the dolphins and seals.

Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula - 90km from Melbourne, Victoria.

Session Length

Cruises are 3 hours in duration and operate daily from October to May.

Guidelines:

This experience is for two adults. For family prices see MD435.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for 2 people. Guests may experience a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 passenger on board the tour vessel.

Weather:

All cruises are weather dependent. When reservations are made, please provide us with a mobile contact number that we may contact you on the day of your cruise. If cruises are cancelled due to weather, we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule for a later date.

Other Info:

All passengers traveling aboard are required to arrive 20 minutes prior to the departure time.

    Everything was very well organised and the crew on board knew where to go to find the dolphins swimming and would quickly move onto a new pod of dolphins to give everyone on board the best experience. I had a blast and would definitely do it again one day.

    Enjoyed the trip even though the weather turned cold and wet 45mins into our trip. We saw quite a few dolphins swimming around, even a seal was playing with them at one stage.

    The experience was really great. saw plenty of dolphins. They came right up along side the boat. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely go again.

    Absolutely Fantastic experience. The staff were awesome, super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The Dolphins didn't really want to come out to play, but the staff did everything they possibly could to find some for us. We did catch a few sightings of them in the end! We would recommend this experience to anyone. Very relaxing and heaps of fun! Thanks for an awesome experience :)
