Marma point magic best describes this Zen Day Spa Tibetan massage ritual of your head and shoulders. Using ancient acupressure style techniques, this 30 minute massage releases everyday tension, eases headaches and eyestrain, sinus congestion and other stress-related conditions.

Upon arriving at Zen Day Spa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, you’ll need to fill in a short client consultation form. You will be offered a herbal tea or water while you relax in the reception prior to your treatment. Your therapist will greet you and lead you to your essential oil scented treatment room where your treatment will commence.

Your relaxing Tibetan Head Massage will relax and de-stress you. Our highly skilled therapists are perceptive and professional.

Take a 30-minute break and pause to relax while fully enjoying a heavenly head massage.

PLEASE NOTE: Zen does not advise body massage in the 1st trimester of a pregnancy.

Session Length

All appointments are available Monday - Friday ONLY and are subject to availability on the day. Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your 30 minute treatment.

Guidelines:

Once booked, appointments can only be rescheduled prior to 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Rebooking less than 24 hours is not accepted or a forfeiture of Gift Voucher applies and “No Shows” incur a forfeiture of Gift Voucher. Late arrivals will be subject to decreased treatment time.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. You may book this treatment just for yourself, or you can enjoy it together with someone else in our 'together' room. We can cater for group bookings of up to 9 people.

Spectators:

Not suitable for spectators.

This experience is not affected by the weather.

You will be required to sign a consultation form upon arrival at the day spa. Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. At Zen Day Spa we use Dermalogica and other spa products.
