What's Included

Option available for ongoing classes or detailed and tailored office/home exercise programs so you and your colleagues can continue your practice at home or at work.

Please note: All that's needed is a carpeted room, minimum 8 metres by 8 metres and from 1 up to 10 participants. Don’t have space at your office? No problem, the team can enjoy the class at our Subiaco Studio.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

This experience can come to you within 20kms of Subiaco. Otherwise a session can be held at the Subiaco studio, conveniently located less than 4 kms from the heart of Perth City.

Session Length

This experience runs for 60 minutes. Classes are available Monday through Saturday from 6.00am to 8.00pm subject to availability. Bookings are required at least two weeks prior to your class.

Guidelines:

Pregnant women and those with injuries must inform us at time of booking. Participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Numbers:

There is 1 to 10 participants ratio per instructor. If room size allows, a second instructor can be requested for up to 20 participants, however this will be an extra charge.
