It was terrible, i'd NEVER go here again and think that Red Balloon shouldn't feature a company like this on their website.
The towels were very dirty from the client before and the place wasn't clean, this should happen at a day spa! I wasn't relaxed at all.
The staff are nice and friendly but the company management is a real worry.

I enjoyed every single minute.. The back massage was superb to start with and made me so relaxed .. Then the pampering of the facial and being looked after so well was wonderful.. All needs were catered for and I was kept so warm and comfortable throughout the 1.5 hrs..My skin felt beautiful.. I will definitely want to experience this again...

Very professional and skilled masseur- not intrusive described each thing that was about to happen with out talking too much. A fabulous experience. My only issue was that I understood it would be a full body massage, and while I was asked if there was any areas Id like particular attention to I did not realize this would mean areas would be left out.

The venue is top quality and they were punctual with my appointment. Very charming beautician delivered a most relaxing massage and a wonderful facial. I left satisfied with my time there.

Firstly, staff did not speak fluent English and we found it hard to change things, ask for things or just communicate in general!
The massage was quite foreceful in places ... not quite relaxing! Overall it was OK but have definitely had better.
I asked to change to a manicure instead of a facial ... this took a while to be understood firstly ... we asked for shellac so had to pay slightly more, which would have been OK if it was a good one, but it was not a good paint job at all!! All around my nails were left unpainted and quite blotchy paint colour on the edges. I actually removed the nail polish that evening - couldn't look at it any longer!
Overall, not that great an experience, which was a shame.

Infortunately the staff member did not speak English very well which made it difficult to communicate problems such as pressure with massage & the products stinging my face during the facial.
I had filled in the form to say I had sensitive skin. She also kept leaving the room e.g when the mask was on instead of massaging feet etc as had been the case with other such spa packages I have experienced elsewhere.
They didn't seem to care. Just wanted me in & out as quickly as possible.

This was a very enjoyable experience and the staff-member who provided the massage and facial was very caring and professional.
It would have been useful to have a written description of what was involved in the facial before commencing the treatment, primarily as it was difficult to understand the accent of the person providing the treatment.
Also, when the treatment was finished I was just shown the door (with a cup of tea). While not necessarily problematic, I found it a little strange that I wasn't given a brochure outlining treatments available at the Spa.
