They are trained spa staff, and in so doing, have a better understanding of methods and the routine, and the flow of my 4 hour package. (I have been to others where even the owner did my pamper package the wrong way around and I left there with a puffy face by having a face-down massage LAST!) The place was calm and warm, the girls were informative and caring. 27 April 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by TJ12 This was not as enjoyable as I had imagined I attended the spa in the hope of getting my facial, massage, manicure and pedicure in preparation for my wedding this week. I was disappointed that the OPI nailpolish that was used for my manicure turned out to be old and my nails were covered in bubbles, which looked messy and smudged, rather than nice and smooth. I have since had to organise another manicure, in my busy pre-wedding schedule and this has been another expense that I did not wish to have for this week. The assistant was nice during the service but she would not fix my nails exceptt to put more bubby nail polish over the top of the already ruined manicure. I would therefore not recommend this service to another person as I feel that I did not get the valuue that I had hoped to receive. 19 March 2013
