Dance classes for adults in Sydney have never been so comfortable or flexible! Choose from Hip Hop, Latin Tap, Rock n' Roll, Street Latin or Adult Ballet. Take 6 x 1 hour classes at West Ryde - it's exercise, it stimulates the mind, and it's a skill you'll hold close to your heart!

These instructors will put their years and years experience into your hands! The beauty of professional classes is that you may not want to show off all the time, but you'll have learnt a fluidity that only comes with professional dance training.

These classes are for beginners, but people with a little experience can definately be accomodated with some more complicated moves!

Adult Ballet - A Royal Academy of Dance syllabus designed for practicality - adults pick it up easier than you might think!

Samba - Great workout, high energy dance that will make you sweat. Lots of fun. You'll fall in love with the rhythm!

Argentine Tange - An intensely passionate dance that will capture your feet and your soul.

Zouk Lambada - A dance style evolved from Brazilian Lambada and danced to Zouk rhythm music.

Dance to have great fun and meet lovely people. All these classes are great for coordination and strength. Definately something you'll love to tick off your list and talk about!

This is experience is held at West Ryde, just 10 minutes from Parramatta!

Session Length

The classes run for 6 weeks, one hour each lesson on a weeknight or a Saturday, depending on which course is taken.

Guidelines:

The only people who shouldn't do dancing are those with injuries. Kids 12 or under should be accompanied by a paying adult.

Numbers:

There is usually around 14 people in a class.
