Delivery Status

Checking Delivery Status

  • You can check on the delivery status of your order online. Simply follow these steps:
  1. Log in to 'Your Account'
  2. Select 'Order History' from the list on the left hand side of the page.
  3. Review the 'Delivery Status' column. This outlines when the order has been dispatched / emailed from the RedBalloon office.
  • Note: Gifts will only be dispatched once payment has been approved. This is especially important remember where payment processing is not instant, e.g. Direct Debit and BPay.

Missing Gifts / Redelivery

Missing Gifts

  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address gifts, whether by email, post or courier. RedBalloon cannot be held responsible for any damaged, missing or delayed orders where incorrect or incomplete delivery details (address and, if relevant, delivery instructions) have been provided.
  • If you have selected the email voucher option and it has not been received within 10 minutes of payment, please check your junk/bulk email folder as your spam filters may have incorrectly flagged your gift voucher as junk mail.
  • If delivery is taking longer than the estimated timing for your chosen delivery method, please email us at with your Order ID or call us on 1300 87 55 00.


  • Valid and unused gift vouchers can be redelivered anytime by electronic options (email / print your own) without incurring a charge. Simply follow these steps:
    1. Log in to 'Your Account'
    2. Select 'Order History' from the list on the left side of the page
    3. Find the required experience voucher in the list of your recent purchases
    4. You have the choice to either PRINT or RESEND
  • For redelivery via Standard Post, Express Post or Courier, charges will apply if (a) Standard Post was selected (b) incorrect/incomplete delivery details have been provided (c) You lose the item after receipt (d) Recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery (e) you have changed your mind on a delivery method after the order has been dispatched.
  • Charges for redelivery via post/courier if applicable:
    • Gift Voucher via Standard Post: $6
    • Gift Voucher via Express Post: $6
    • Gift Voucher via Courier: $20
    • Gift Box: $16.50
