$50 Gift Certificate Offer - Terms & Conditions

HOW TO BE ELIGIBLE

To be eligible for a $50 Gift Certificate, you must spend $200 or more (excluding RedBalloon credit, points and Gift Certificates) on any product on the RedBalloon website between Monday 23 April 2012 and Sunday 13 May 2012. You must also enter the promotional code provided when prompted at the checkout and provide a valid email address when you make your order.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Offer commences 23/04/2012 at 00:01 (AEST) and closes 13/05/2012 at 23:59 (AEST). No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims.
2. Offer is open to anyone who spends $200 or more (excluding RedBalloon credit and Gift Certificates) on any product on the RedBalloon website during the offer period and enters the promotional code when prompted at the checkout.
3. Only one $50 Gift Certificate per person will be allowed.
4. To be eligible, your purchase must be paid for within the offer period and you must spend $200 or more, excluding RedBalloon credit, points and Gift Certificates.
5. Any orders that are refunded will not be eligible.
6. All customers must provide a valid email address when they order.
7. RedBalloon reserves the right to verify the validity of claims, at any time during or after the offer period, and reserves the right to withhold the offer from any customer for tampering or interfering with the process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of RedBalloon to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Gift Vouchers will be emailed to eligible customers 14 days after the promotional code was entered and purchase paid for. No responsibility will be accepted for incorrectly entered email addresses.
9. RedBalloon accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the offer. Independent financial advice should be sought.
10. RedBalloon shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this offer, as a result of taking or using any RedBalloon products, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of RedBalloon and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. If for any reason this offer is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of RedBalloon which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, RedBalloon reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer.
