Marvel at the beautiful interior and charm of your 1890's horse-drawn carriage, as your three Clydesdale Horses meander through the streets of Windsor and alongside the Hawkesbury River on your 1.5 hour journey.
This experience is perfect for individuals who appreciate the finer things in life, to small groups of friends, intimate parties and for those who just want something to do out of the ordinary! Your three-course gourmet lunch includes a starter, a main, a dessert and a tea or coffee! Plus you’ll be served your choice of beer, wine, soft drink and juice throughout your horse-drawn journey!
This three-course lunch aboard a horse-drawn restaurant will take you back in time or at least remind you of your favourite period novel!
Please note: During the summer months of December - February this experience may not be available for lunch (due to weather), however we can continue with a Brunch time slot.

Tours depart from Windsor, one hour north-west of Sydney.
Session Length
Two Lunch Sessions are available being 12pm-1:30pm or 2pm-3:30pm and runs for 1.5 hours. Operates Saturdays & Sundays. Please note that during the summer months December - February this experience may not be available for lunch (due to weather), however we can continue with a Brunch time slot.

Numbers:
The price quoted is for one person. We require a minimum of four people to run the lunch journey, however we are often able to match you up with another party . We can take a maximum of eight people per journey.
Weather:
This experience does not operate during extreme weather conditions such as hail storms or extreme heat (over 36 degrees).

The food was wonderful. The horses Charlie, Banjo and Harry are great characters. The whole experience was just lovely.

An absolutely enjoyable and different experience! Delicious food, surprisingly so. Peaceful too. We felt rather regal as we trotted about Windsor and along the Hawkesbury. It would be great if the hostess could talk more about the history of the town, I am sure there would be some awesome stories to tell too.

This was an excellent afternoon with good food and service and a high degree of ambiance. I would highly recommend to any one who wants a different but very enjoyable afternoon. Also highly recommended for a group of 4-8.

I personally could not have faulted anything. I've probably written too much in the comment but there is so much that I enjoyed., Charlie, Harry & Banjo were well groomed and well behaved and of course, being Clydesdales, captured everyone's attention as they proudly showed us around their town. The various locations we were taken too along with the atmosphere that historical Windsor offers, simply rounded off the whole experience. I've not stopped thanking our children for such a brilliant gift...I personally could not have faulted anything. I've probably written too much in the comment but there is so much that I enjoyed., Charlie, Harry & Banjo were well groomed and well behaved and of course, being Clydesdales, captured everyone's attention as they proudly showed us around their town.
