Bring the taste of Spain into your life, with the Spanish Tapas Cooking Class. During the three hour class, learn to create tasty morsels of mouthwatering Spanish cuisine that you can then whip up at home for delighted family and friends.

The in- food of the moment! Little plates of delicious Spanish influenced dishes to please even the fussiest Matador! All these recipes can be used for main meals too - so a double value in this class!

Activity Highlights

  • Enjoy our modern and comfortable kitchen with its state of the art equipment
  • Create classic Green Mojo Sauce and enjoy with crisp paprika potatoes, hot from the oven. Finger licking sherry and herb chicken will be roasted to golden perfection. An array of traditional tapas 'rapido' will also be on offer. To finish off the class you'll enjoy real hot chocolate with churros to dip!
  • Socialise with other participants
  • BYO wine or beer – we provide everything else!

Venue:

The experience is located in the quiet suburb of Bicton, south of the river and Perth city in Western Australia. It is 10 minutes drive from Fremantle and 15 minutes from the CBD and easily accessed from Canning Highway or Preston Point Road.

Session Length

The experience runs for 3 hours. On weeknights classes start at 6.15pm and on Saturday’s at 10.00am or 2.30pm. Classes run 50 weeks a year on pre-scheduled dates.

Rated 5 out of 5 by A hands-on fun evening. This was a hands on fun evening. The presenters were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The group was divided into pairs so that a variety of recipes could be made made from scratch and the results shared at the end of the evening. Things were a little rushed, but we were given well presented recipe cards to take home. I look forward to future cooking experiences with this provider. 6 March 2013
