Sexy Spanish Paella and Dessert Cooking Class

Invite the sexy spices of Spain into your life with this Spanish paella cooking class in Sydney. Add a dash of confidence, a sprinkling of tips and a cup of enthusiasm. It's a recipe for fun and creation! Call on your cooking flair because after preparing the meals you'll get to eat them!

This is not a demonstration class. It's important that YOU get the chance to do all the cooking - not the chef!

At the start of the class you'll practice knife chopping skills, before being set loose in the kitchen.

With your chef close by to guide and inspire you, you'll learn how to create an amazing Spanish feast to tantalise your guests! You'll learn the correct way to use some of Spain's wonderful products, such as saffron, seafood, garlic, spicy chorizo and heady smoked paprika! And with one chef to each group of 8-13 people, you'll be motivated and feeling kitchen-confident in no time!

You'll create the magnificent seafood paella. It's an art and religion in Spain, and for a good reason - you'll simply love it! We'll also include a sensational Spanish salad and a naughty dessert . Enjoy your meal with a beautiful wine, delicioso!

Session Length

Sexy Spanish Paella and Desert cooking classes are held monthly on a Saturday. Please see below for available dates. Your cooking class starts at 11am and finishes at 2pm.

Guidelines:

You must be 15 years of age or older to participate in this experience and over 18 years to drink wine with the meal. Cooking classes may not be suitable for people with food allergies - please contact us if you have any concerns. Bring your sense of adventure and a smile!

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. There will be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 people per class. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, the class will be rescheduled for a later date.
