This wonderful cooking school is set on 120 acres in picturesque Kangaroo Valley. Our hands on Mediterranean cooking classes focus on simple flavour filled dishes to help you recreate and enjoy the taste of the Mediterranean in your own home.

Our experienced teacher will demonstrate a variety of dishes that you can easily recreate at home. Toni cooks what she knows and enjoys - simple rustic food.

Our classes are very informal and allow guests to be as hands on as they like. Lessons run for 3 hours with a maximum of 10 people attending. Several different dishes are prepared and then shared in a sumptuous tasting platter where you will enjoy generous samples of the flavours and textures of the Mediterranean. A simple dessert accompanied by tea, coffee or herbal tisane, on our deck overlooking the Lower Valley, is the culmination of your food journey.

Session Length

Classes run for 3 hours from 10am - 1pm on weekends, or any day/time for groups of 4 or more.

    Toni is an excellent experienced teacher, she delivers a very relaxed and informal class in hearty Italian cooking delivered from the heart. Toni welcomed us into her kitchen to share her love of cooking; not at all intimidating. Comfortable location and top kitchen support staff!

    The course was fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. Toni and Robert really knew what they were doing and presented the course in a highly organised, efficient and enjoyable way. It was great value for money and I'd recommend the course to anyone who enjoys cooking.
