Calling all those with a sweetooth! Learn all the technical skills needed to make mouth watering treats including profiteroles, confectioners custard and chocolate topping as well as learning and experiencing the art of cooking with sugar.

A fantastic way to get comfortable cooking what many percieve to be tricky sweet treats in this techniques based session. And the best part is you get to eat all your glorious creations at the end of the class!

Activity Highlights

  • Learn methods taught to real life trainee chefs
  • Enjoy our modern and comfortable kitchen with its state of the art equipment
  • Create perfect profiteroles (Choux pastry), create creamy orange and white chocolate confectioners custard, get to work with chocolate, learn how to make toffee (and even spun sugar if you want!), create fresh Raspberry marshmallow and hazelnut Praline Shards and eat it in all class when you've finished!

Venue:

The experience is located in the quiet suburb of Bicton, south of the river and Perth city in Western Australia. It is 10 minutes drive from Fremantle and 15 minutes from the CBD and easily accessed from Canning Highway or Preston Point Road.

Session Length

The experience runs for 2.5 - 3 hours. On weeeknights it is a 6.15pm start, and on saturdays we begin at 10.00am. Classes run throughout the year.
