Learn the simple art of ingredient collection in this cooking class with a difference! Learn where to find the best products that will leave your recipes flavoursome and delicious, before preparing a culinary sensation that you and the group can enjoy for lunch!

Cooking isn't just about the kitchen, it's also about shopping for top quality ingredients to make the most of every recipe. Our gourmet food tour will take you to a ‘foodies’ paradise!

Delve into the vibrant market stalls, the wonders of the Middle Eastern spice and sweet shops, or the heady fragrances of the freshest ingredients that Asia has to offer. You will be amazed at the array of fish straight from the sea at the fish market. By going to the source of these great ingredients and talking about them, we look at what makes the best option to give people confidence in trying new products.

After visiting the markets for our ingredients we head back to the kitchen to cook up a culinary storm. This interactive cooking class will be about simple dishes, fabulous flavours, quick preparation and an introduction to the many new ingredients that create a flavoursome feast.

A late lunch over a glass of wine will be a fitting end to the culinary adventure.
