I had a great experience, the class was very well explained, especially in relation to tempering chocolate, this was my greatest doubt, and it was duly informed, I recommend!

The whole experience was fantastic - the size of the group was workable and i really enjoyed myself. The workshop was easy to get to and Sylvia and James were great to have taking the class. Having to learn about the cocoa bean before doing anything with the chocolate was great because it gave us a better meaning of what chocolate is; what the processes are of turning the cocoa into chocolate and the differences between couverture and compound chocolate. I would just like to say a big thank you ...

I was given a voucher for my birthday last year and finally got around to finding a Saturday that I was available and there was a vacancy in the class.
After spending 4 fabulous hours last Saturday I wish I had done the course earlier. James was fantastic, and the chocolates that we came away look very professional in their gift boxes and ribbon.

What a fantastic class. It was great fun to have the experience of making your own chocolate. The owner/teacher Sylvia was fantastic and funny. She has great knowledge of the industry and was able to answer all questions, and teach us that chocolate is good for you. “who would ever have thought that”? We made quite allot of different chocolates and was quite surprised at the end how much we got to take home. A fantastic course and will recommend to anyone. A definite must.
