Contrary to popular belief, beer is an incredible cheese accompaniment. There are many similarities between the science of beer and the science of cheese and this experience will leave you walking away with a whole new understanding of just how well Beer and Cheese complement each other.

For a professional and unparalleled experience, participants will be guided through a selection of Beers and Cheese by two industry experts who are highly recognised for their knowledge and passion on all things Beer and Cheese.

The Beer Diva is a girl who really knows her beer having spent 10 years working in the beer industry and is the editor of Australia's only consumer-based beer magazine.

International Cheese Expert Claudia McIntosh Bowman has immersed herself in cheese for the last 7 years attaining a high distinction in the UK Cheese Guild Diploma, making cheese and working for leading cheese retailers worldwide.

You will receive 1.5hours of entertainment and indulgence in a beautiful private dining room whilst sampling the delights of some of the best Cheese and Beers available in Australia.
