Brewer For A Day is Victoria's most delicious experience! Bright, one hour from Albury, hosts a brewing experience you'll never forget. Learn to make that perfect brew amongst guys who devote their life to it. You'll learn, you'll taste, you'll get your hands dirty and talk beer, beer beer!

Sure you learn heaps in this experience, but at the end of the day, it's a bunch of men who love beer and want to share their wealth of knowledge with you!

Come along to Victoria's High Country and join the head brewer in a full day of brewing Bright Brewery's beloved beverage. Up to 4 people will constitute your brew team and you'll get stuck into the wonderful business of milling, preparing, mashing, adding ingredients, changing temperatures - beer's a harsh mistress!

Using your new-found knowledge, you'll get your beer to the perfect taste and consistency. And there's even more to it - you'll learn about packaging and discuss the finer points until the cows come home.

The end of the day will see you relax with a tasting board of the brewery's finest - finally, a full-day experience with enough beer!

This experience is run from an awesome brewery in Bright, one hour south of Albury.

Session Length

This experience is run once a month on a Thursday. If you want to book a group we can organise another day. The experience runs from about 8.30am-4.30pm.

Guidelines:

Under 18s won't be able to drink but they can brew.

Numbers:

The most people we have in one group is 4.

Spectators:

Friends and family can join us for lunch for $20!

Brewer For A Day has won many awards for Awesomeness, including being named one of the Sun-Herald's 'Top Blokes Experiences'. The brewery has also won lots of Australian and international beer awards.

Suitability Information:

There is one wheelchair-inaccessible portion in which we climb a four-rung ladder, but it's not crucial to the experience! Let us know if we can help you with anything else at all.
