Visit our Melbourne brewery and brew your own beer! You can participate in this experience on your own or with a group of friends. Firstly, you brew the beer. Secondly, you bottle the beer. And thirdly, you take home 144 boutique bottles bubbling full of high-quality, preservative-free beer!

This beer brewing experience consists of two sessions at our Melbourne brewery. The price quoted is for one brew, which you can experience on your own or with a group of friends. So grab your mates and schedule a trip to our brewery!
During your first visit you will decide on the brew that you want to make and select your ingredients. There are over 100 beer recipes to choose from and these include lagers and ales, pilsners and stouts, and various international and local styles of beers from standard, boutique and top-shelf ranges. We use only the finest ingredients and you will be given expert assistance to ensure that your brew is as delicious as possible!
Once you have decided on your brew and carefully selected your ingredients, we will help you add them to your brew kettle at predetermined times. Now you have to go home wait! Be patient! Your golden brew is awaiting your return.
After two weeks you will return to the brewery to bottle or can your beer! During these two weeks we will have kept your beer at controlled temperatures and the yeast will have done its job! As the beer ferments it will develop a flavour unique to the recipe that you have used.
When you return to can or bottle your beer we will have it chilled, filtered and ready to go! You will learn how to bottle your own beer straight from the tap! We supply all bottles or cans and cartons for your beer. Custom-made labels can be purchased at an extra cost. Share a few drinks with your fellow brewers as you bottle your brew.
Now you get to take home your cartons of specially brewed beer! Kick back and open a beer. Share it with your friends. What can be better than the satisfaction that comes from drinking a beer that you have brewed yourself!
This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Venue:
Oakleigh South, Victoria – approximately 20km south-east of the Melbourne CBD.
Session Length
This experience is available by appointment from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 7pm, excluding public holidays. Special arrangements can be made for group bookings. Your beer brewing experience consists of two x two-hour sessions that are approximately two weeks apart.
Guidelines:
This experience is perfect for any one who enjoys a good beer! You will need to be 18 years of age or over to be eligible for this experience. Proof of age may be required.
Numbers:
The price quoted is for one brew, which makes 144 bottles of beer. You can participate in this experience by yourself but it is much more fun with friends. We recommend a maximum of five people per brew however we can operate with a maximum of 10.
Spectators:
We can accommodate a maximum of 10 people per brew and you may watch or participate as you like. Our staff can demonstrate all steps of the brewing process or you can have a go yourself. There is seating, newspapers and cable television available.
Weather:
This experience is not affected by the weather.

Custom-made labels can be purchased at an extra cost, payable directly to the supplier. Corporate bookings are available, please contact us for further information. Please note: You can personalise your own labels, this is at an additional cost payable to the supplier.
