Gather a group of friends for an event perfectly designed for those with a love of beer! Enjoy a beer appreciation session where you’ll learn the history, different styles and how to truly taste and appreciate beer! At the end, each person will even receive a case of beer to take home and enjoy!

Prior to your appreciation session, we will need to be advised of the beer you would like to brew at least 4 weeks prior to this session. During this time you may be required to provide someone to visit for at least one hour to brew your selected beer. At least one week prior to your session, we will need to receive artwork for your labels.

On the day of your beer appreciation session, your group will enjoy a private beer appreciation session in our beer tasting room where you will be shown the following:

The amazing history of beer,
The basic brewing ingredients,
Various styles of beer,
The optimum quality of beer, and
How to taste and appreciate beer.

Following this, your group will have a tour of the brewery and learn in detail the brewing process. Afterwards, your group will be taken to your bottling table where your pre-brewed beer (4 weeks prior to your beer appreciation session) will be ready, icy cold, ready for tasting and bottling.

At the end of the beer appreciation session, each group member will receive one carton of fresh, natural beer, with your own customised labels.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

Seven Hills, NSW – approximately 30 minutes west from the Sydney CBD.

Session Length

This experience is available for bookings from 11am – 5pm, Tuesday to Friday. You will need to be able to book at least 4 weeks in advance. Please allow approximately 2 – 3 hours for the entire experience.

Guidelines:

You must be at least 18 years of age to brew your own beer. Please remember that our beers are alcoholic, and as such, you must adhere to State laws regarding drinking and driving.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for up to 6 people. We can cater for up to 12 people during normal operating hours. For larger groups, please contact us for further information.

Spectators:

Not suitable for spectators.

Weather:

This experience takes place indoors and is therefore not affected by the weather.

Other Info:

As we use no chemicals or preservatives, it is strongly recommended that your beer is kept refrigerated after bottling. You may like to share your beer with friends or colleagues.

We had an excellent afternoon. Stu, our host, was very knowledgeable & provided a fantastic rundown of the history of beer as well as tasting. I'm sure it can pitched at any level - from the guy with a mild interest beer, to the seasoned home brewer. There was something in it for everyone. We tasted some pretty fine lagers & ales to boot. All of use enjoyed the day & talked for hours afterward. I'd thoroughly recommend to any others thinking about a journey into the world of beer.
