What a quality family experience! Give your kids an experience they will never forget with this Family Hot Air Balloon And Overnight Stay. Based near Orange, NSW, this experience will stay with your kids forever! Parents enjoy a stress-free experience, with the ballooning, stay and meals covered!

Arrive at your family suite and enjoy your dinner for four at a country pub. In the morning you will be greeted at dawn and transferred to launch site, which changes every day according to wind direction. Get excited for the launch and the safety briefing. It's great for the kids to see the science of the hot air balloon, and because of the slow transition to height, there's never been any fear-tears!

As you rise slowly off the ground your experienced guide will let you get a fantastic look at the country-side, at times hovering close enough to trees to see bird-nests and foxes, then when you're ready, floating through light cloud. What a great experience for adults, let alone kids! Your flight of 45 minutes to an hour is an amazing way to see our beautiful country.

After your landing, you will be driven to a local vineyard to enjoy a gourmet breakfast! True relaxation for the adults with champagne and wine tasting and/or espresso coffee, and hot chocolate for the kids... happy families!

This experience departs from an easy-to-find location in a small town between Cowra and Orange.

Session Length

With afternoon check-in and late check out, this session is long enough to take your time! The experience runs throughout the year, but booking is necessary.

Guidelines:

The price quoted is for kids ages 6 to 12 years. Passengers weighing over 115kgs will need to pay a surcharge. Women over 12 weeks pregnant can not participate.

Numbers:

It's just your family on the flight! And a pilot of course.

Spectators:

Not only are spectators welcome, they're encouraged! It is only $25 for every additional person to come along to the launch and the vineyard/champagne breakfast. Please advise at the time of booking if you would like to bring a few people along.
