Rated 4 out of 5 by Great room, great location - shame about the bed. This was a lovely room in a great location, a separate lounge, ensuited bedroom and kitchenette area and close to the pub/restaurant. However, we did have some concerns with the communication (we did not realise it wasnt a serviced appartment) and the bed was actually a zipped king bed, rather than a king bed. Its very hard to have a romantic experience when the beds are clipped together and we cant spoon in the middle. Staff at the hotel were nice, but we werent made welcome at the adjacent pub/restaurant - maybe Fridays are for locals? We make it down to the Margaret River region once a month and are testing hotels as we go - so far this one rates pretty highly and we will probably stay here again, 9 April 2013
