Yarra Valley Ballooning Getaway and Dinner For 2 - Midweek

Venue:

Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley (Victoria’s premium wine region) less than 1 hour from the CBD and airport.

Session Length

This is an overnight getaway for two persons. Check-in from 2pm, check-out at 11am. Restaurant is open from 6.00pm - late (dinner). Meet for your Balloon Flight one hour before sunrise (varies throughout the year) and allow approx 4 hours in total for your balloon flight and breakfast.

Guidelines:

Not suitable for pregnant women in their third trimester. All participants must be over 18 years of age.

Weather:

Hot air ballooning is a weather permitting experience. Should we need to reschedule, we try to give as much notice as possible but sometimes we may need to cancel the night before or morning of the flight.

Please note: This experience is available midweek only (Accommodation Sun-Thurs nights only).

Cancellation Policy:

You will lose the full cost of your flight if you fail to show up for your flight. You may send someone else in your place if you wish. * Within 48 hours prior: No changes are permitted - passengers are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforseen circumstances. Under no circumstances will flights be refunded or re-scheduled if passengers cancel or do not show * Between 48 hours and 7 days: A non-refundable $50 per person rebooking fee will be charged directly payable to the supplier; weekday flights will need to be re-scheduled on a weekday flight only. * Accommodation and Wine tour packages are non-refundable and should the flight be cancelled due to inclement weather this does not apply. * Interstate customers who's flight is cancelled due to weather may be eligible for an exchange for another RedBalloon experience. Please note a $25 cancellation fee will apply. All cancellation are at the discretion of the supplier.
