Seaplane Holiday On South Stradbroke Island

Departing Seaworld Resort around 10am, you'll experience some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in Queensland, combining the world famous beaches of Surfers Paradise, 360 islands of Moreton Bay and the natural beauty of the Pacific Ocean.

A 10-minute flight takes you to Couran Cove Resort for a quick look around and the option of light refreshment. Couran Cove Island Resort is an award winning Gold Coast destination with a difference. Nature and culture blend harmoniously to create a truly Australian-styled eco-tourism resort.

At approximately 10.45 am, you will reboard the seaplane for a short flight north to McLarens Landing. McLarens Landing is a sub-tropical island paradise located in a beautiful natural bushland setting overlooking its own calm water beach.

For a little extra, you can choose many action packed activities from sand tobogganing, jet skiing, speedboat rides and beach volleyball - we leave those options to you. For something a little quieter, there are options like paddle boats, canoes, kayaks or a 4WD Beach Wilderness eco-tour.

If you love animals, you can spend time feeding the wallabies and kookaburras, then unwind in a hammock whilst being part of the beautiful and tranquil surroundings.

Lunch is at your leisure - we don't try to decide for you. Purchase a picnic or there are a few different atmospheres available on the islands according to your mood!

Around 3pm the Seaplane will take you back to Seaworld Resort. The flight along South Stradbroke Island beach is truly stunning and often you will catch a glimpse of some of the 10,000 Humpback Whales that swim pass the Gold Coast beaches between May and November.
