Take to the skies by hot air balloon as a new day breaks over our Nations Capital. Your fully qualified and certified pilot, gently guides your balloon on the morning air currents.

From the magnificent edifice that is Parliament House, to the elegantly laid out suburbs coming to life below. Hot air ballooning will give you a whole new perspective of the peace and tranquility that is Canberra.

After descending to a champagne celebration and the presentation of a personalised flight certificate by the lakeside, you will leave with wonderful memories

Session Length

Flight takes approximately 45 minutes. Please allow approximately 3 hours for the entire experience. This experience is available midweek, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays and dates during the Canberra Balloon Fiesta).

Guidelines:

Children under 6 years of age are not permitted on flights. A minimum fitness level is required. You must be able to climb into the basket, unassisted and stand for flight. Anyone who has a medical condition must advise us at the time of booking. We cannot fly anyone over 14 weeks pregnant.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for two people. We operate with a minimum of 4 or a maximum of 16 people per balloon. Breakfast can be purchased on the day for an additional $40 per person.

All Flights are conducted by CASA approved pilots and your comfort, safety and enjoyment are, at all times, our primary consideration. Our partner has more than 20 years experience conducting balloon flights throughout Australia, and are acknowledged as the leaders in commercial hot air ballooning.

    The only problem we had was it was not long enough, because we were absolutely loving it, and then we had to land. No really we had a great time, thank you.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my balloon flight and would recommend it to everyone... So quiet and peaceful up there you easily forget your worries ... You don't even know your up in the air so even if you have a problem with heights you could go up
