Come and experience the thrill of flying a Microlight, while enjoying the scenery of the beautiful Hunter Valley. Bring a camera and get some great photos of the Hunter or watch the whales and dolphins playing from up above
Experience the thrill of a Microlight flight. The 60 minute scenic flight will give you the opportunity to handle the aircraft yourself under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Prior to flying your instructor will take the time to explain what the flight will entail, explaining how the aircraft operates and what you are likely to see on your flight. You will then be provided with all the necessary clothing and equipment before walking to your aircraft. After the necessary routine checks its up into the air and your Instructional Scenic Flight experience really begins!
Hunter Valley flight:
This is the microlight flight for those who just want to find out what flying in the open cockpit is about and also to see our lovely wineries and the hunter valley gardens from the air.
This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Session Length
The whole experience is one and a half hours long. Based on, 15 minutes pre-flight briefing, aprox 1 hour flying, and 15 minute post flight briefing.
Guidelines:
No pregnant Women, No alcohol prior to flight. Minimum age is 10. Due to the nature of the experience a maximum participant weight of 110kg applies.
Numbers:
The microlight is a 2 seat aircraft, you will be flying with an experienced instructor.
Spectators:
You are welcome to bring your friends and family to watch, and don't forget your camera!
Weather:
In the event your experience is canceled due to weather your booking will be rescheduled. We will make every attempt to call you the day before if we are expecting poor weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event your flight has to be cancelled due to weather or aircraft maintenance you will be rescheduled. We will make every attempt to contact you as soon as possible if we can foresee a cancellation.
