Unlike other joy flight operators, our passengers are guaranteed a flight with a former military trained fighter pilot, so you’ll always be flying with the best! Your pilot will quickly put you at ease and brief you on the fundamentals of High ‘G’ force and high speed flight. Each fantastic manoeuvre you’ll experience in the aerobatic flight will be explained in detail, so you always know what to expect!

With the briefing completed, you’ll gear up in authentic fighter pilot flying equipment. You’ll look and feel like a true ‘Top Gun’ – the perfect opportunity for some fantastic photo opportunities.

This warbird aerobatic flight is conducted in the classic CJ6 Nanchang. Our aircraft is a 1991 model, formerly used by the Chinese Air Force, it has a powerful 285 horsepower radial engine that gives it the classic sound and feel of a true warbird!

Once in the aircraft, you’ll be strapped into the back seat. Soon after the powerful 285 Horsepower radial engine starts up, you’ll hear and feel that classic ‘humm’ of the CJ6 Nanchang.

In almost no time, you’re airborne and enjoying an unforgettable aerobatics flight which includes rolls, loops, bow-ties and any other manoeuvres your pilot can think of and your stomach can handle! During the flight, you’ll feel high ‘G’ forces and fly at up to 350kph.

During the flight, you can call the shots as the mission is tailored to your desires. With the aerobatic flight component completed, you’ll head back to base with a chance to savour the stunning scenery.
