1300 87 55 00Spend the day sea kayaking and snorkelling during a Ningaloo Reef day tour and discover the spectacular flora and fauna that this beautiful region has to offer. Ningaloo Reef tours are a fantastic way to satisfy your sense of adventure while having fun and exploring under the open skies!
On the morning of your day tour we pick you up from your accommodation in Exmouth between 7.45am - 8am. We then drive you to Cape Range National Park - a wonderfully scenic trip which usually takes about 30-40 minutes, depending on where our launching spot is.
We generally choose from a variety of launching spots, and these depend on what Mother Nature has in store for us. For example, if the wind is blowing from the south we might head a little further into the park so we have it at our backs. Or if there is a bit of ocean swell we'll find a nice, sheltered spot to launch from.
Once we arrive at the launch spot, it's time to unload the kayaks and get fitted out with sun shirts, hats, life jackets and snorkelling gear. We then load the kayaks with everything we'll need, including morning tea and lunch, and follow up with a safety briefing and paddling instruction.
We then spend the morning kayaking together to a snorkel spot where we'll have morning tea and a guided snorkel. Along the way your guide will point out some of Ningaloo's spectacular features and wildlife. Please note that any intimate interactions with the wildlife are prearranged by the boss!
After morning tea it's time for some more kayaking and reef exploration. We then stop for lunch, which is a make-your-own affair. You can choose from a wide selection of fresh rolls, salads, meats, fruits and other goodies. We also provide hot and cold drinks and plenty of shade for you to relax in!
Following lunch, we paddle back to base, reload the kayaks, do a quick clean-up and make the return journey to Exmouth.
The trip home is always punctuated by tales of snorkelling, memories of the reef and great feelings of fulfillment!
