Ceroc is fun and easy to learn. It’s Modern Jive, a mix of jive, latin and salsa – a funky and eye-catching partner dance generally done to top forties, nightclub, blues and swing music, etc.

You can dance it at parties, nightclubs, on the street or just about anywhere! For people of all ages, Ceroc is a great way to get out and meet people while having fun and getting fit without trying.

Take up this experience and you’ll be dancing after your first night, it’s that easy!!! And with the DVD you can practice at home too.

Activity Highlights:

It’s more of a social night out rather than a dance class, and we make sure it’s fun
You don’t need to bring a partner. People rotate around during the class
You can get a second class in the one night for free
There’s plenty of opportunity to practice on the floor after each class during what is called ‘freestyle’ time
