Jemma's bio
Jemma spent her early career agency side within the digital industry setting up the first ever website iterations for major UK brands including Paul Smith, River Island Clothing and Nestle. After the dot com crash, she transferred her skills to public relations creating online and radio editorial opportunities for varied clients spanning FMCG and charity.
On arriving in Australia in 2003, Jemma fell immediately in love with the sound of RedBalloon, who were advertising for a Product Manager. Eight years on Jemma now provides support and direction to the RedBalloon For Corporate team, ensuring they have the industry knowledge and creative flair required to create programs that cut through and deliver engagement. Jemma originally put together the 'Little Red Book of Answers' (now in its third edition), which is given away freely to clients and continues to look for new ways to channel what we learn directly back to our clients.
