Can I customise RedBalloon vouchers with our company logo?
Yes – you simply pay a one-off fee to set-up your corporate account and then your logo can be displayed on both our printed and email vouchers and gift certificates. Once your corporate account is set-up you can order online using our special Corporate Purchase Options.
Is there a minimum order requirement at RedBalloon?
No – once we set you up with a corporate account, you have automatic access to our corporate purchase options, which allow you to make a quick or bulk order using a spreadsheet at any time.
What are the packaging & delivery options?
Our corporate clients have full access to all of the packaging and delivery options available to our retail customers. These are detailed here.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
No - Whether we are delivering one or 1000 experiences, each individual is still treated with the same love and attention. Our business is about people having great days. We take the time to negotiate the best price with our suppliers on your behalf. You pay no more, in fact often less, than if you bought from the supplier.
Can RedBalloon Vouchers be extended?
Yes – Vouchers which have not expired can be extended by up to three months and limited extensions can be made to expired vouchers if we are contacted within 30 days of the expiry. Vouchers expired outside of the 30 day period cannot be extended. The full details and applicable fees are displayed on our retail site here.
Can RedBalloon Vouchers be exchanged for credit?
Providing the voucher has not been activated, you can use our online 'exchange to credit' function, which will convert the value of the voucher into credit on the site for you to use towards something else. The credit is subject to the same expiry date your as your voucher. Full details of how to exchange to credit are available on our retail site here.
Are RedBalloon Vouchers Transferable?
As long as the voucher has not been activated it can be given to anyone to use, regardless of whose name appears on the front of it.
Are the prices on RedBalloon competitive?
Yes - We market on behalf of 800 or more different suppliers, and it is in our interests, as well as those of our supply partners, to ensure that we bring experiences to you at the same price you would pay if you went direct. We guarantee that you will pay no more through us with our 100% Pleasure Guarantee, a commitment that allows you to buy with confidence.
Can you fulfil inclusions with your vouchers?
Yes - Just let us know exactly where and when you want your vouchers, and we will look after it. We can add in extra items such as a personal letter. However, this may attract an additional fulfilment fee.
Do you have experiences in regional areas of Australia and New Zealand?
Yes - our suppliers are in hundreds of locations in both countries - but in addition to that we have more than a dozen experiences that can be delivered anywhere. From wine tasting to astrology reading - fudge tasting to beer tasting - we have experiences that come to you.
What are the FBT implications of giving vouchers?
The annual Australian FBT threshold is $300 however it depends on they context in which you are using the vouchers. We can give you information on how the vouchers and program programs are used by the majority of clients but we do suggest you also seek your own independent tax advice on how FBT applies to your business.
If we give our staff/clients/customer an experience and something goes wrong, who's liable?
RedBalloon acts as an agent - not dissimilar to a travel agent. Once a person selects the dates and times to do their experience, they get to deal directly with the supplier. Any specific issues will be dealt with directly between the participant and the supplier. One thing that you need to know is that we have checked out all our RedBalloon suppliers. We have copies of their public liability insurance and we have a process to ensure that we keep all documentation up to date.
